Plan your offshore role before hiring.
OutsourcedU is for owners and operators planning an offshore hire. We help you narrow the role, document the handoff, estimate costs, set review steps, and spot risks before a job post or provider call.
How we keep the advice useful.
Good outsourcing advice should make the next decision easier. We show what the source supports, where an estimate can move, and what the owner still needs to decide.
Define the role before hiring
We start with the work, the handoff risk, and the checks a manager can realistically own. If the role is still vague, the hiring plan is not ready.
Explain what can change the answer
We explain the tradeoffs behind cost ranges, country notes, and role-fit advice. When evidence is limited or costs vary, we name what the reader still needs to check.
Give the reader something useful
A guide should give the reader something they can use at work. That might be a scorecard, checklist, script, table, or one clear next step.
What you can expect
You should be able to see how a recommendation was formed. We show the assumptions behind it and give you a practical way to test the advice against your own role.
- Testimonials, client results, rankings, and savings claims need evidence a reader can check.
- Cost and role advice includes the assumptions that can change the answer.
- Scorecards, examples, and checklists must help with a real hiring or management decision.
- We flag details that need a qualified owner or another source before you act.
Editorial updates and corrections.
We update a guide when a stronger source, clearer risk, or more useful example changes the advice. Small wording fixes may not receive a note. Larger changes are reflected in the guide, its source notes, or its update date.
- We revise source notes, cost assumptions, and examples when better evidence becomes available.
- We update the page date when a change affects the advice.
- Claims about savings, results, or services must have evidence readers can check.
