Customer-message escalation check

Check an escalation message before it goes to an owner.

Use six practical checks to prepare one customer-message escalation for review. The tool checks the controls you mark, not the underlying case. It does not approve a reply, send a message, or decide a customer outcome.

This browser-only planning aid does not collect, store, or ask you to paste customer-message content. Do not enter names, account or order numbers, full messages, attachments, credentials, passwords, recovery codes, payment data, or unnecessary health details. Use safe references to approved records instead.

Six checks

Check an escalation record before it goes to an owner.

Your answers stay in this browser tab. This tool does not save or submit them. Use safe references, not customer-message content.

0 of 6 checks answered.

1. Approved route and message boundary

Can you point to the written decision-rights lane for this case? Do not paste the message or customer details here.

2. Current approved source

Use a policy, SOP, approved macro, or ticket record reference. Do not paste its contents into this tool.

3. Verified facts and customer request

Can the owner see what is verified separately from what the customer asked for, using an approved record reference?

4. Held action and owner question

Is the action that stays held and the decision needed from the owner both clear?

5. Authorized owner, backup, and channel

Is the decision owner, backup or after-hours route, and approved channel known?

6. Safe evidence location and privacy boundary

Can the owner use an approved evidence location without sharing passwords, recovery codes, payment data, unnecessary health details, or message contents?

This check is a planning aid. It does not verify facts, approve or send a customer reply, set a response target, confirm a breach, authorize a refund, credit, replacement, account or access change, policy exception, security action, legal statement, privacy disclosure, or customer commitment. Authorized owners and approved systems control.

Use the result

Prepare the review. Keep the decision with the owner.

A support worker can organize an approved source, verified facts, a held action, and an evidence reference. The authorized owner decides what may be sent or changed. When routes conflict or facts are incomplete, use the more restrictive route until an owner records a different rule.

  1. Answer the six checks using one approved escalation record or safe reference.
  2. Hold the action when the route, source, held action, owner route, or privacy-safe evidence location is missing.
  3. Use the result to prepare an owner-led review; do not treat it as permission to send or decide a customer outcome.
