Run a small test

Start with one sample, not a pile of work.

A clean first sample gives you something specific to review. If the task changes, update the result, evidence, boundary, and pause rule before the next batch.

Keep money movement, customer promises, access changes, legal or clinical decisions, and unusual exceptions with an authorized owner unless a written rule says otherwise.

  1. Choose one narrow task that has a clear starting trigger.
  2. Write the finished result, evidence, reviewer, allowed actions, and pause rule.
  3. Run one small sample and compare it with the written acceptance plan.
  4. Correct misses, then set the next sample review before the task repeats.
