New and riskier work gets a wider range.
Steady standard work uses a 3% to 5% range. New or changed elevated-risk work uses 8% to 12%.
These percentages are OutsourcedU planning assumptions, not benchmarks or a statistical standard. Contracts, service levels, incident rules, and legal or regulatory duties take priority.
The scheduled sample does not include time for investigation, corrections, coaching, policy changes, or required exception reviews.
