Location preparation

Prepare the work window before you compare locations.

Use one task group at a time. Record the time basis, working days, live review need, handoff, exceptions, and owner route. The result is a preparation record for an authorized owner, not a staffing plan, availability confirmation, coverage assignment, or location recommendation.

This browser-only planning aid does not save or submit answers. Do not paste credentials, customer records, personal data, payment information, contracts, exact schedules, or confidential source content. It does not confirm staffing, working hours, customer commitments, access, payments, contracts, legal, privacy, security, or policy decisions. Authorized owners and approved systems retain those decisions.

Six checks

Write the operating facts before using a location guide.

Use one task group at a time. Your answers stay in this browser tab. This tool does not save or submit them.

1. Approved work boundary

Is one task group named, with work that remains outside it?

2. Time basis and working days

Are both timezones, working days, and the person who must confirm the actual schedule recorded? Do not enter an individual's availability.

3. Necessary live-review window

Is one live purpose and its review or escalation owner written in both parties' local terms?

4. Async handoff

Is the approved handoff record, cutoff, and next review point clear?

5. Exceptions and stop point

Are calendar exceptions, work that pauses, and the escalation trigger recorded?

6. Access and decision route

Is the current access boundary, system owner, and authorized decision route recorded? This is not an access request.

Do not paste passwords, API keys, personal data, customer records, payment details, contracts, exact schedules, or confidential source contents. This planning aid does not choose a country, verify availability, assign work, confirm coverage, authorize access, set service levels, or make staffing, customer, financial, legal, privacy, security, policy, contract, clinical, or regulatory decisions.

Use the result

Make the work window specific before you narrow the country path.

A proposed overlap is not proof that a team, candidate, provider, or location can cover the work. Use the record to separate what needs to happen live from what can move through a written handoff.

  1. Name one approved task group and the work that remains outside it.
  2. Write both timezones, working days, and the owner who confirms the actual schedule.
  3. Record one necessary live-review or escalation purpose and the async handoff that sits around it.
  4. State calendar checks, stop conditions, current access limits, and the authorized decision route.
  5. Use the result to prepare an owner or provider conversation before comparing locations.
