Prepare the first-batch review before the work expands.
Use one approved batch to name the reviewer, evidence location, exception route, and recheck. This browser-only planner prepares a review record. It does not approve work, access, or a business decision.

Use the plan with the work already in front of you
- Name one approved batch, the prepared output, and the written check the reviewer will use.
- Record the named reviewer, safe evidence location, and route for an unclear or held item.
- Set the next review point, then copy the record into the approved tracker or review note.
A reviewed first batch is evidence for an owner to consider. It is not permission to add volume, broaden scope, grant more access, or assign adjacent work.
Keep operational changes, customer communications or commitments, account and access changes, money movement or financial treatment, legal terms, privacy decisions, security actions, and regulated decisions with the authorized owner.
